There's a decision you can't make. A situation you can't leave. A life that used to fit and quietly stopped.
Not therapy. Not a coaching framework. A guided period of realignment, a way to find direction when you've lost the thread of your own, worked one-to-one, at whatever pace the situation actually needs, until the ground under you feels solid again.
Breathwork is woven through the ten weeks, not relaxation for its own sake, but one of the tools, a way to settle the nervous system enough that the decision-work can actually land. It's here in service of direction, not as the thing itself.
This is the centre of the practice. Most people who come to Luxcompass come for this.
We start with the actual situation, in plain words, not a diagnosis, not a story you've told a hundred times.
Most stuckness isn't a lack of options. It's a conflict you haven't let yourself see clearly yet.
A direction you can stand behind, and the reasons it holds, so it survives contact with a hard week.
A container long enough for real change, short enough to stay honest.
We start with the actual situation, in plain words. What's the decision, the bind, the thing that stopped fitting, said out loud, without a story around it. The breath practice starts here too, and runs alongside the work from the first week.
Most stuckness isn't a lack of options, it's a conflict you haven't let yourself see. We find it and look at it directly.
We try a direction on. Small, reversible moves between sessions, enough to feel what's true rather than only think about it.
A direction you can name and defend to yourself at 3am, with the reasons it holds. And a way to check your own bearings once we're done.
No. Therapy tends to work backwards into why; this works forwards into direction. If what you need is clinical care, I'll say so and help you find it.
Eight sessions across the ten weeks, in person or online, with breathwork as one thread through them and personalised practice between. The rhythm can flex around your life; the container matters more than the clockwork.
You have messaging support across the ten weeks, and a place in the 21-Day Morning Reset, the group breathwork cohort, when one runs during or after our work together, if you want a daily practice alongside the sessions.
The Sailing Retreat is a separate offering, not part of the programme. It's a bigger commitment and priced on its own. Some people do it after the ten weeks, as a way to take the work further; if that interests you, we can talk about it. But nothing here depends on it, and it's never assumed.
Most people find the ten weeks does the job. If more makes sense, we decide that together, never by default.
Completely. Nothing is shared, nothing is public. What happens here stays between us.
